Ecomondo

Ecomondo focuses on technologies, services, and industrial solutions in the green and circular economy sectors. It serves as a hub for research and innovation and it systemises the key elements that define the development strategies of the European Union's environmental policy. 

Over the 4-days event, Ecomondo proposes an extensive programme of conferences, seminars and events at Rimini Expo Centre, Italy.

Virginia Puzzolo, CBE JU Head of Programme Unit, will speak about "The contribution of CBE JU" at Cluster SPRING session, on 6 November, 15:45-17:45 and will moderate the General States of Soil panel on 7 November, 12:05-12:40.

Simone Maccaferri, CBE JU Project Officer, will have an intervention at the session "Tessile: Produzione Sostenibile & Ecodesign. Le sfide" on 6 November, 14:00-15:30.

CBE JU representatives will also speak on 8 November, 11:30-13:00, at the event dedicated to TERRIFIC flagship project coordinated by Novamont.

Visit the CBE JU stand in Hall D3, booth 105, and meet some of the teams of the participating projects: SEETWOODS, VIOBOND, EFFECTIVE, DEEP PURPLE, SCALE. 

The exhibition of the 2024 edition contains 6 themed areas for industrial communities covering: water management, waste disposal, blue economy, bioenergy, soil management and protection, transport, agriculture and sustainable cities.
