Bioeconomy: Succes Cases and Future Perspectives

The Spanish CAP Network, part of the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food of Spain, is organising a dedicated event to present the EU’s Strategic Framework for a Competitive and Sustainable Bioeconomy, alongside national initiatives supporting the bioeconomy in Spain.
The programme will showcase concrete examples of actions, research projects and companies, while also exploring key challenges and opportunities to accelerate the uptake of bio-based innovations in the agri-food sector and related industries.
CBE JU Programme Officer Ana Ruiz will participate as a keynote speaker, sharing insights on EU-level support for the bio-based sector. The event will bring together stakeholders from the agri-food, forestry and industrial sectors, as well as rural actors, including public authorities, research organisations, companies, cooperatives, startups and participants in innovation projects.
