Bringing together policymakers, industry leaders and key stakeholders, the event will examine how policies that stimulate demand, including biomass-derived content targets, can help create lead markets, strengthen industrial value chains and support the implementation of the EU Bioeconomy Strategy.

Virginia Puzzolo, Head of Programme at CBE JU, will take part in the moderated panel discussion, sharing CBE JU's perspective on the role that content targets can play in scaling up Europe's bio-based industries. Drawing on CBE JU's experience supporting innovators and scale-ups, she will contribute to the discussion on the enabling conditions needed to bring bio-based innovations successfully to market.
