The ECOSYSTEX Conference is a European collaboration platform focused on advancing circular textiles beyond recycling, bringing together research, industry and innovation stakeholders across the textile value chain.
The fourth edition will take place from 22 to 24 September 2026 in Antwerp, Belgium, in partnership with the University of Antwerp. The programme will include two days of discussions and networking, interactive sessions led by key initiatives, as well as the presentation of the Bioeconomy Innovation Strategy for the European Fibres, Textiles and Apparel Industry developed by Textile ETP. Participants will also join site visits, including a CISUTAC pilot demonstration at De Kringwinkel Antwerp and a Fashion & Sustainability Walk curated by MoMu Fashion Museum Antwerp.
On 22 September, CBE JU Project Officer and Co-Call Coordinator Simone Maccaferri will present the opportunities offered by CBE JU for the textile sector, contributing to discussions on circular innovation pathways in the European textiles ecosystem.
