The 2nd European Bioeconomy Conference will bring together policymakers, industry leaders and innovators to discuss how Europe can strengthen its strategic autonomy in bio-based industries while accelerating the transition to a competitive and sustainable bioeconomy. The event will provide a platform for exchanging views on the opportunities and challenges facing Europe's bioeconomy. Discussions will cover topics including sustainable biomass supply, competitive bio-based value chains, circularity and recycling, agriculture and food systems, bioenergy, fibre-based textiles, and Europe's position in the global bioeconomy.

Nicoló Giacomuzzi-Moore, Executive Director of CBE JU will be among the speakers, contributing to discussions on the role of research, innovation and public-private collaboration in advancing Europe's bio-based industries.
