CBE JU key performance indicators: interactive dashboard 2026

The CBE JU KPI impact dashboard provides an interactive overview of the programme’s progress towards the 10 partnership-specific key performance indicators defined in the CBE JU Strategic Research and Innovation Agenda.

The tool brings together data reported by CBE JU-funded projects and presents aggregated results alongside selected project examples. Users can explore the data by KPI and access more detailed information through charts, maps and examples where available.

General overview

  • The dashboard shows how the CBE JU programme is progressing with respect to the partnership specific KPIs defined in the CBE JU Strategic Research and Innovation  Agenda. Non-sensitive project examples are displayed alongside aggregated data.
  • The dashboard is interactive. On pages with multiple figures, clicking on any element (like a chart bar or map item) filters the rest of the data based on your selection. Click on “remove filters” to clear your selection.
  • To select multiple items, hold down CTRL and click.
  • To return to the home page, click the house icon in the top-right corner.
  • Navigate between KPIs by using the arrows in the top-right corner.
  • The project contributions towards outcome dependent KPIs can only be fully confirmed at project end. Therefore, the progress towards KPIs 2-6, 8, 9, 10.2 and 10.3 is presented as “estimated results” (pale green). On the other hand, participation related KPIs (KPI 1, 7 and 10.1) are confirmed at the time of the Grant Agreement signature and are presented as “achieved results” (dark green).

Getting started

  • Choose the KPI you would like to learn more about by clicking the relevant segment in the colour wheel. Some KPIs focus on more than 1 aspect. Select the element you are interested in by clicking one of the green pills.

OR

  • Select the option “see overview of all KPIs” to view the progress towards the achievement of all 10 CBE JU KPIs.
  • For each KPI, you can view the progress towards the target set in the SRIA. If available, the “learn more” button allows you to explore the contributions to the KPI in more detail (e.g. further charts, maps and/or project examples).
  • If a KPI monitors multiple aspects (e.g. KPI 3), you can use the icons on the right of the screen to navigate between them.

Device compatibility

  • Best viewed on desktop. A mobile friendly version may become available in future versions.

For any questions or feedback, please contact the CBE JU team by selecting ‘Calls, projects and procedures’ topic from the drop-down menu.

Information is gathered from CBE JU funded projects at each project reporting period via a dedicated reporting webtool on their contributions towards the 10 KPIs. This version includes data from 80 projects which were funded under calls 2022-2024 (data extracted March 2026).
