Registration

The registration to attend the event in person is closed as we have reached the venue capacity. You are welcome to follow the event remotely and to engage with other applicants on the CBE JU networking platform.

Location

The in-person event will take place on 23 April 2024 in the Charlemagne building in Brussels. Only confirmed participants with be able to access the venue.

Apply for a travel grant to attend the event

Participants from Armenia, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czechia, Estonia, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Macedonia, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Spain – Canary Islands and Türkiye can apply for a travel grant via the NCP_WIDERA.NET project. Take a look at the project's website for more information.

Moreover, on 22 April, potential applicants to the CBE JU 2024 call can join How to approach a successful proposal in CBE JU to get first-hand knowledge to apply for funding. The participation in this workshop can also be covered by the travel grant for those meeting the requirements.

The info day will be streamed online on 23 April, and its recording will be made available on this page afterwards. If you follow the event remotely, you will be able to ask questions via an online tool during the event’s Q&A session and engage with other potential applicants on the CBE JU networking platform.
